IS EUROPE BETTER?

Have you ever driven in Europe? It’s a bit different to UK but one thing many people seem to agree on is that the roads are better.

The RAC Europe conducted a survey where they asked UK motorists a set of key questions about driving abroad. Out of all the questions asked, UK was only voted the best when it came to understanding road signs but we’re wondering whether that’s due to the language barrier?

Surprisingly, over 60% of motorists stated that local roads in Europe were better than similar roads in UK due to the fact there were fewer pot holes. A further 37% thought the road markings at junctions were easier to understand and 34% said they believed that roadside litter was worse in the UK than Europe. Hmm. What do you guys think?
